Is Clustro a Kubernetes alternative?
NO. Clustro is not a Kubernetes competitor.
They're built for different teams. One question tells you which one to start with.
Clustro is not a Kubernetes competitor, and it isn't trying to become one. Kubernetes is the industry standard for running containers at scale, and Clustro deliberately borrows its Pod YAML because that's the format engineers already know. What Clustro leaves out is all moving components which makes Kubernetes powerful as well as vulnerable.
Kubernetes suits teams with a platform group, 100+ nodes, several regions, 1000 of containers.
Clustro suits startups, SMBs and edge sites. They typically have upto 20 nodes, about 100 containers, and nobody whose full-time job is cluster management.
